Hello,
Mitel 250/5000 Version 6.3 SP7
I would like to have a call in number/"on call" that does not ring and goes straight to recorded greeting. In that greeting would explain to press 1 to leave a message with 1st shift supervisor (and this would go straight to a designated mailbox, press 2 for 2nd shift supervisor which goes to a 2nd shift designated mailbox and press 3 for third shift, etc. That way, supervisors can check their voicemail to email and would not be able to hear the other shift's messages. Is this possible?

Very simple actually... You would use a Call Routing Annoucement... Create a new one, point a DID in Call Routing Tables to the new CRA, set the options 1, 2, and 3 to go to the appropriate mailboxes, and add a greeting.
