Help with On Call AA

Hello,

Mitel 250/5000 Version 6.3 SP7

I would like to have a call in number/"on call" that does not ring and goes straight to recorded greeting. In that greeting would explain to press 1 to leave a message with 1st shift supervisor (and this would go straight to a designated mailbox, press 2 for 2nd shift supervisor which goes to a 2nd shift designated mailbox and press 3 for third shift, etc. That way, supervisors can check their voicemail to email and would not be able to hear the other shift's messages. Is this possible? ;D

Very simple actually... You would use a Call Routing Annoucement... Create a new one, point a DID in Call Routing Tables to the new CRA, set the options 1, 2, and 3 to go to the appropriate mailboxes, and add a greeting.
