Hotline programing fails

I get several errors when trying to program a analog hotline. It will be a pool emergency phone. I have a speed dial set as 1441 to SD to 911. The analog phone is 6096. When I go into Associated Directory Numbers and enter 6096, Hotline, 1441 I get the error  "This directory number cannot accept an associated number." on the vMCD. When I do the same on the local controller I get "The hotline number is of an invalid type." Al I read is that is all you need to do but never works.

Is 911 Explicitly set in your ARS Digits Dialed? Also I assume "SD" is referring to "Speed Dial" but you have to have 1441 defined in the System Speed Call form. Not trying to be pedantic but want to make sure we're talking about the same forms.

911 is listed in the ARS. SD is speed dial. 1441 is defined as dialing 911.

Does 6096 work as a regular analog if you test it without the hotline? How do you have it operating as an analog line (ASU/SIP ATA Adapter/etc)?

Think this might have been resolved, he might have been in the wrong controller and 911 may not have actually been defined in ARS
