Phone Transfer

Currently have an employee with an in office extension - she is moving to work from home full time. Is there a way for me to keep her existing extension, have it forward to her cell phone, but remove the extension from the existing phone? I'm out of phones and need to have her existing phone ring with a new employees extension. I'm clueless when it comes to this system having inherited it as a new part of my job without much training. Thank you!

You will need to delete the existing extension, and make a new Phantom Extension for that user that is just has Call Forward Always to her cell number.
