"THE SYSTEM DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE BACKUP" Alarm in Mx 7.1
« on: February 01, 2022, 09:24:32 AM »
Hi

i have Mx 7.1 setup with 1+1 Redundancy in a cluster

i am getting Alarm "THE SYSTEM DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE BACKUP"

from Manager Provisioning or putty i am unable to delete , create , change any extension . it gives message "operation failed " Reason  " internal error".

if i remove eth cable from Main Server , the redundant Server  takes over and now i am able to add/remove/delete extension , after doing changes i reconnect the main server the user got updated . i again try from putty and Manager Provisioning to add/delete more user but it gives "operation failed"  Reason " Internal error"
