Does a log file like this exist somewhere in the file structure (using FileZilla).

I need to find a date when a load of SIP phones went offline and can’t find anything in the software maintenance logs and can’t see anything on the phones.

You would have thought there would be a log file when something registers or becomes unregistered from the system?

Thanks

No, and no Device Connectivity entry like MiNet devices, either.
If you've got an SRC or MBG in the middle you might have more luck there.

Jason,

Maybe you can login in to the phones themselves and get that info? I know some phones will show their last boot date etc.

The Jacob Jenson SIP phones had some log files for the last day or so which was no help at all.

As these devices were plugged into switches we do not manage, I asked them to take a look at their own switch logs which would probably show when the ports were up/down.
