Nupoint VM Call Details
« on: June 22, 2020, 02:09:23 PM »
Our Nupoint system sends all voicemails to our Outlook mailboxes. Our Nupoint currently only sends recorded voicemail as attachment. Is there a way to force Nupoint to also include caller ID (phone number, etc) in the body of an email for example?

If you have the FCOS settings set correctly, the calling number should be included in the email.

That's going to depend on how your particular system is configured. What I can tell you, though, is the FCOS that the mailbox uses needs to have bit 262 and 263 enabled to store the inbound caller ID in the message data.

You have to enable this FCOS: 260-264 and 280.
