MiCollab softphone - call failed

Hi All,

I have MiCollab working on MiVoice Business Express 8.1.2.8

We have deployed approx. 30 users and they all connect as expected, either using their Mobile, tablet or pc/laptops.

Most users work and they can make and receive both internal and external calls.

However I have 3 users unable to make outgoing Internal/external calls, but can receive calls.

When they try to make a call they receive we receive the below error...…

Call Failed

Sorry, an error occurred during the call. you may want to send a diagnostic report (Menu: settings/general).

Any help would be great.

I have discovered what the problem was, PRG didn't have the softphone included - once added I could make calls.

Instead of deleting this post I have decided to leave it here, as its taken me a couple of days to resolve.

Good job on working that out, as an FYI the same applies for MDUG (Multi Device User Group)

Good job on working that out, as an FYI the same applies for MDUG (Multi Device User Group)

This is why you should provision the users through Users and Services on the MiCollab side, it creates the MDUG for you.
