dial over message RAD

Hello.

 i'am a problem with rad port, when de caller hear the RAD message they can dial any extension. How resolve this problem?

Let's get a little more detail.
What is the extension of the RAD?
What is the number people are calling?  Is it a DID or a CO?
What does the RAD say?  i.e.  "All agents are busy."
What do you want the RAD to do for you?
Is the RAD in a hunt group or not?

when you call any extension through DID and the extension is busy, the call is rerouting to hunt group type RAD, in this hunt group are member port voice mail type RAD the message is "the extension is busy please call later". This is the problem when the message is play you can dial any extension...
