We use Dynamic Extension Express and Hot Desk Profiles for most of our users. For most, this works just fine - the mobile number rings whether the user is logged into their hot desk or not. However, for new users we have set up, the mobile number ONLY rings while they are logged into their hot desk.
In DB Programming, it seems as if everything in the Phantom/Hot desk profile and the User are identical. Is there some other place that something could be different to cause this sort of behavior?
