Mitel SX-200 Hotel Auto Attendant
« on: January 04, 2019, 03:41:19 PM »
Good Afternoon,

We just took over a small hotel in California.  They have a legacy Mitel SX-200 with a 1000 Superconsole.  When an outside caller calls us it rings directly to the AutoAttendant.  YOU ARE BEING TRANSFERRED TO AN OPERATOR.

Can you someone help me out and tell me how to just turn Auto Attendant off so the phones actually ring at the console or the front desk?

Thank you,

Brett

First try your different Night Service modes (Day, Night 1, Night 2) and see if that makes a difference... Otherwise, the routing of incoming calls is done in the trunk programming, System Speed Call, or DID Routing tables, depending on your trunk type.
