From the folio

Description
The enhanced subattendant functions allow SUPERSET 4150, SUPERSET 430, and SUPERSET 4DN telephones, and Mitel 5020, 5220, 5220 Dual Mode, 5224, 5324, and 5340 IP telephones to be used as a subattendant position for multi-tenanting, consoleless operations (but can be used in conjunction with a console) where call clearing of twenty five calls per hour is considered to be busy. The functions of the telephone remain unchanged; the Enhanced Subattendant functions are an addition.

The 5330 isn't listed and for the 5020, 5220, 5220 Dual Mode, 5224, 5324 hold position isn't an option. I myself have only used 5340's for this.

I gotta go with John on this one... Although you can program a 5330 as a subattendant, you do not get all the functionality... If you really need those keys, then you need to use a 5340 set. Also, if you are trying to get "shared hold" positions, so one console puts it on hold it's on hold on all of them, it doesn't work with subattendants.
