Display MiCollab status on 6940

Hi folks, so I have seen a screen shot or two on the web showing a 6940 screen where the person's avatar and MiCollab status are shown at the top of the screen. Any idea how to link that up? I have a 6940 and for my phone it just shows a blue circle with a person outline in it. Just wondering if anyone else has linked it up.

To get avatars on the set, you need to go into MiCollab Client Service and copy the link and paste it into the phone system Online Service URLs form

pretty sure are also only displayed on a speed call of an extension

I saw screenshots of handsets showing what I thought were MiCollab statuses too.
Turned out they were not - they were just lines of text you can set on the controller using the Multiline Advisory Messages form.

Git it set up here, got to say find it pretty useless, Yes its speed calls only and I want DSS buttons on my handset.
Once set up I had to play around with Avatar sizes in Micollab and had several attempts to get them to display, If it doesnt work 1st time there is a button on the Phone under settings/advanced to update the avatars.

What I do find useful is the conference button I have programmed so my scheduled conferences come up with a reminder on the screen and give me 1 button access

Might I ask how you got the conference button to work?
