is there a way to have my mitel 5330e programmed to receive a second incoming call if I'm on the line.
If so how do I do that?
Key programming
Change 2nd key to multi line, directory number (same as your extension number), ring always. You can add a 3rd and 4th if you like.
2nd line will flash when you are on the phone, you might need to change a setting in COS if you want call waiting indication.
