Call flow with multiple day schedules

I am trying to set up a call flow that can have multiple day schedules. It is like a doctors office. The problem I find is that there is only one day schedule, one night schedule. I understand I can use Night 1 and Night 2 but it seems I need a Night 3 or a day schedule I can have multiple on and off times.

MiCollab 8.0 with NewPoint

Example

8:00 to 11:00 am normal day operation to main desk ring group
11:00 to 12:30 pm goes to a back up extension on another floor
12:30 to 5:30 pm normal day operation to main desk ring group
5:30 pm to 8:00 am Night voicemail box for messages

nupoint call director? Incoming call schedule 8-11, on hours transfer to rg, off hours schedule 11-12:30, on hours, transfer to backup, off hours to next schedule...etc last off to vm box

For the lunchtime cover, I am guessing the easiest would be to nest a schedule under the normal daytime schedule "on" hours.
holiday schedule: off-->vm
--------------------on--> daily schedule (business hours): off--> vm
----------------------------------------------------------------on--> daily schedule (lunchtime): off--> transfer to backup
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------on--> transfer to ring group

In my Call Director Weekly Schedule I can put Monday 8-11 and also Monday 12:30-5 (and so forth for the rest of the days of the week). I haven't actually tested that this actually works, but it might worth a shot.
