Newbie to Mitel Question

It appears that "On Hold" music/messages can be uploaded into the MiVoice Office 250 system but apparently greetings cannot? Has anyone found a work around for this other than simply playing the audio file with the phone handset held up to the playback source? We have all our greetings recorded in MP3 files and thought there would be a better solution for this.

If the software level of MiVoice 250 is 6.2, then greetings can be loaded onto the system in WAV format. Otherwise, the greeting need to be recorded through a handset.

BrianH,
Did you look at the Sticky post at the top of this forum. There are others means of doing this, but b_hackbarth has created a program to make it easier for you.
