AA transfer prompt

Is there a way to disable the auto attendant transfer prompt so callers do not hear "you are being transferred to..."?

200 AX running 5.0 software

Yes... I believe it's in the docs, it uses Technician Function codes on a per mailbox basis that you have to edit via the admin mailbox in the TUI.  Not at my desk at the moment, but I am pretty sure it is in the System Administrator's Mailbox section of the Folio file.

I found the technician function codes for call forwarding, but not for removing that prompt. I'll keep looking

Actually, that might be what I was incorrectly thinking of because I can't find it after looking for a few minutes.
