Requirement:
1]Need to program key as a TEAM function on SIP phone
2] Assign Key line function to soft key , for monitoring trunk line & access trunk line directly from same key.
PART 1]
I am using Mxone 6.2 with few Mitel SIP phone 6867i & 6869i.
For eg. extension 4701(6867i) & 4702(6869i) are in same team & on extension 4702 key I program a key as team function mapping to extension 4701.
3 things need to achieve in this:
a) If extension 4701 is busy, then LED will glow on extension 4702.[working]
b) From 4702 I can speed dial 4701 by pressing team function key.[working]
c) If another party is calling 4701, then on 4702 key will start flashing[working]. Then if required user on 4702 can pick
that same ringing call by pressing TEAM function key[not working].
I tried using BLF key programming but by BLF feature only SPEED dial & extension monitoring is possible.
But I cannot pick the ringing extension with same key.
This feature I have tested on Mitel A470 its working properly & able to achieve above 3 points.

PART B]
Assign KT line function to soft key , for monitoring trunk line & access trunk line directly from same key.
This is required like old telephone operator used to have, wherein all analogue trunk will be assigned to the attached DSS expansion key module. By this operator come to which lines are busy & if required can directly access particular trunk by pressing the key.
1st of all is it possible in Mxone with 6800i SIP phone. Does anyone know how this can be done in Mxone.
