Author Topic: ACD path unavailable to Multi level auto att. not working correctly.  (Read 2270 times)

My ACD path 1101 is set to route path unavailable to vm hunt group 2201. I have a multi level auto attendant mailbox setup number 1101.

When the call is routed to the vm hunt group the vm says, "path 1101 is on the phone" and then tells me to leave a message. It doesn't play the mailbox greeting.

What am I missing?

Not sure on this but....
Did you happen to record the greeting in the mailbox that says: press 1 for joe blow,  press 2 for jokes,   press 3 for bad puns?

Yes. I just double checked.

If I call VM directly and then enter the mailbox number for that auto attendant it plays correctly.

For some reason the path unavailable routing is telling the vm that the path is on a call rather.  ???
