Sorry if this has been answered before but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere on here or the web.
I want to give our Customer Services Manager access to change the main open and closed messages through the admin mailbox (99999) but want to make sure they don't have access to option 1 (begin new installation and erase current one)!
Is the level of access in the same order as it is on the VM Options form i.e. Admin is the lowest level, Manager is next and then Technician is the highest?
