3300 8.0 campus system key system keys do not light BLF

I have a customer with a 3300 8.0 MXeIII with PRIs and a few of the offices have their lines set as key system.

One of the offices is complaining because if they are on one of the "key system" extensions, it isn't lighting the BLF, because their prime DN is not in use.

Other than abandoning the key system keys and adding their DNs as members of an incoming ring group, is there a way to tie up one of their primes when they answer one of the key system keys so their BLF will indicate they are on the phone?

Go into "System Options", change "BLF - Busy Indication based on set enabled" to Yes.
