I'm new to the 3300 and just as my manager ran off on me for a holiday, he thought it would be funny to have me solve an issue in the system.
This is what I have been told so far: When I call his extension and then transfer to his cell phone (using the 6 key) I get connected to Captain Morgan. I believe Captain Morgan has Jack Daniel's old cell phone. (Names have been changed if you haven't figured it out
)
When I log into the 3300, I have been told I'll "need to change the number associated to 46X series cell extension" but I have
NO CLUE where I should even start. I clicked around a little but I think that just confused me more.
