Scheduled Reports
« on: January 19, 2017, 02:47:15 PM »
Good Afternoon,

Our CC team started to receive daily reports specifically Employee Event by Period out of the blue and nobody on the MGT team knows why. I've been asked to investigate this and stop the reports. I know little about reporting and when I logged into the website and click on Reporter, Scheduled Reports there's nothing in there. I looked through the help file and that's the only place I can find where it instructs me to look for scheduled events. I do have the highest privilege so I should be able to see if there were any reports to run.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

Online johnp

Is this via email? There is a knowledge base article to find what accounts are sending emailed reports. You may need to google it and download the script to run if this is the case. It works :-)
