SMDR Problem
« on: December 04, 2016, 04:58:59 AM »
Hi All,

i have recently had a 3300 three systems installed in a hotel with Mitel 5304, 5324 phones but problems are arising now that im trying to record calls.

The three system are 2*MXE II (Main and standby) and 1* AX for analog phones, the AX system is connected to the main MXE system via IP Networking trunk and main MXE is connected to TMS for billing system.

The whole system were working fine but now the system is sending wrong or understandable data to TMS system, so that the TMS system cannot bills room.

I have attached the report from TMS system that shows x999 and T102 for example.

Looking forward for your prompt assistance.

The X999 means the call originated from a different PBX than the reporting on.
The T102 means it's an incoming call on a PRI.
Both of these are normal SMDR records.
