PMS Connectivity
« on: August 05, 2016, 11:51:30 AM »
I’m having an intermittent issue with PMS/iPocket connectivity to a 3300 w/Emb VM. One of our techs mentioned remembering an issue with quantity of socket connections on the past. I’ve never run into that. Any ideas/info? I see there is a maximum of three connections per system application, so that is (3) connections per socket, correct?

I have never run into this issue...

iPockets can be tricky, especially if crossing LANs, but in general set everything statically except IP address and reboot... Test with Mitel's PMS Tester and away you go. Any problems are usually on the PMS side.
