We've put one in for our office.
It's pretty quick to stand up, but a couple of issues dragged on for ages, but they were pretty much all carrier issues.
I don't think we've got outgoing faxes working yet.
(When I hear complaining, I tell them they're still working on getting the carrier pigeons to arrive on time. Who uses faxes in this day and age?).
Your main issues might be around what version of MCD you are currently on.
Also, they seem to have set us all up in Teleworker mode, which is a bit...meh...I don't even know if that was compulsory.
