Cannot Delete User(s)

Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
We recently upgraded one of our customers MiVoice Business systems to 7.2 (Virtual). Since then it seems we are having a hard time deleting users. We keep encountering "Specified user has MiCollab Services attached and cannot be deleted". This system also has a vMAS attached. See below for screen shots.

Any explanation on this would be appreciated!

You need to delete the user in MiCollab, not the MiVB.

Look in the logs in MiCollab to see why the delete operation is failing.

I'd start with messages. Might be worth opening a tech support ticket on this, too, they can be helpful with this sort of thing.

Have you tried manually deleting the Nupoint mailbox in the U&D area, then logging into the MiCollab Client service tab and go to configuration, accounts and deleting the user there, then go back to U&D and delete the user?

I got a ticket opened up with Mitel on it. But we found that deleting the entries in the "Telephone Directory" form in the vMCD and then delete via vMAS, worked. Also a side note this only was needed for existing entries, any new user creations we were able to delete normally through the vMAS.

Yep tried that (with no luck) before we found the trick of deleting the entries via the "Telephone Directory". Now that I "Know" how to finally delete the users I'm not too worried about it. But would like to see if there is a quick fix for it. We'll just see what we'll see.  :)

**UPDATE**
All,
Just wanted to follow-up on this one. Mitel got back to me, they state that this was the first they were seeing of my particular issue. They said that the work around we were doing is the only way to get those users to delete. We did further note that creating new users and deleting via the vMAS worked with no issues. It was the existing user database that needed to be deleted from the vMCD's "Telephone Directory" first, after that deleted with no issue via vMAS.

What we were using as far as versions:
vMCD: 7.2
vMAS: 6.0 (Went to 7.0 the rolled back to 6.0 - 7.0 apparently is not supported for Service Providers)
