Mitel 3300 System 5312 handsets force call through divert?
« on: April 29, 2010, 07:10:41 AM »
Hi,

I need some advice in setting up a feature on a 5312 handset. A user puts there phone on divert to her PA, if her PA is away from the desk another user will pick up the call and if the caller would like to be put through to the user who has divert they cannot do so as it bounces back to the PA covering the phones.

Is there a feature or a key combination to force the call through to the users who are on divert?

Look forward to hearing from you.

In the PA's COS change Call Forward - Overide to YES. Then set-up a FAC in the Feature Access code assignment for Call Forwarding - overide feature.

You will then dial the FAC followed by the extension and it will ignore the divert and ring the phone.
