Recording Holiday message

I am trying to setup a holiday message on the Mitel 5000 system.  I can see where all the holiday messages have been assigned a recording number but how do I put the day/night message to point to the holiday message.  Also, we have two incoming phone numbers and only one number used the holiday recording.  How do I get both incoming numbers to use the holiday message?

Your inbound numbers probably point to CRA's in the Call Routing Tables or Trunk Groups. Go into those CRA's and replace the existing recordings with the Holiday greetings. Ideally you would use STARs and have your Scheduled Holidays point to dedicated Holiday CRA's, so you don't have to them out every time.
