T1/E!

Any one tell me how i can check the T1/E1 card firmware and how can i load firmware to T1E1 card.

if this is embedded card then as far as I am aware if you wanted to load new firmware you would need to FTP intot he 3300 and put the firmware into the correct directory. However, new firmware loads are normally contained in new software loads so the easiest thing to do would be upgrade the software.

With regards to checking versions you should be able to use the command 'firm PLID x x x' where x x x is the plid of the T1/E1

Below mentioned are the, thing it shows when i tried to check the firmware....

is that mean system doesn't  know the card firmware or why it is not showing the details.
