We have a Mitel 3300 virtual controller and a secondary physical controller. We have a number of remote offices connected via branch office VPN tied into our phone system. Group paging works fine from phones on the same subnet as the controller. However, branch office phones cannot page to groups. According to my firewall logs, the branch office phones are sending UDP packets to the controller when they initiate the page. These packets are all in ports 50000-50255, which I understand are the Mitel Voice Gateway ports used for group paging. The packets just aren't then being sent from the controller back out to phones in the page group if they originate from a branch office phone. However, the TCP packet that alerts the phones in the group of the page are sent, and the phones beep, but the voice traffic does not go through. Any thoughts?
