I think you need to check the software logs for that information.

The logs are found in the 3300.  Not your call accounting software package.

There's a section for logs under the maintenance section.

Let me explain again

when any Guest dialed the Emergency number 99111 system will send Alarm notification to all Reception phones. Any one of Reception released the alarm by softkey on his phone which we configured for them .

I just need to know which reception extension release the alarm.. ? Because we have 5 reception phones

When i check the logs i only found who dialed the emergency number. but no info available for who released the alarm when system send the notification to Receptions phones .

which important because if any emergency happened and they call to emergency number and notification goes to reception phone and they released the alarm not inform to security or anyone .

How we can find-out which reception guy release the alarm and not inform to security ....

I hope anyone can help me on this

Thanks...

Maintenance Logs are generated when

An emergency call occurs. This log identifies where the call originated.

An emergency call is cleared. This log identifies where the call originated.

The local notification record is cleared. This log identifies which device cleared the record.

There are more than 32 local notification records. This log identifies that old notification data has been overwritten.

When a designated CLASS/CLIP set that is receiving local notification goes off-hook to acknowledge reception of the notification (this is the mechanism used by a CLASS/CLIP set user to acknowledge reception of the notification and to also stop the notification). A maintenance log is generated to identify the user originating the acknowledgement.
