Can you make an analog extension do ring down ?

3300 MXe 2-Clustered Rel 4.2 / 10.2.0.26_2  EMB-VM 6-SX200 10-ASU

Something I've never done, can I make an analog phone that rings an extension when you go off hook ?

yes. Called hot line and set in associated directory numbers form
