about agent help

hi! every one.

Now, i want to configure supervisior extension number that was called by Agent help for call-fowarding.

I know that it is impossible below contents.

" Help requests override any Call Forwarding, Do Not Disturb, or Re-routing that may have been
established on your set. A Help request does not respond to Call Pickup from other sets."

our problem is when silent monitoring, Agent request help to 911 for call with customer,
of course, Customer do not know about Agent  called to 911

Do you have idea ?
