Keys for SX-200 cabinet
« on: November 12, 2014, 06:28:09 PM »
Hello,

We have had changes in resources over the last two years.   Our keys for or SX-200 controller cabinet have been lost.   Does any one know where I can purchase a replacement set?

Thank you for your time!!

I haven't seen these available for a very long time, at one time every tech carried one plus a few hung at every site but to find a spare now is tough.

I would contact Dean Enterprises or Craig Communications...

It's funny.
I took a 222 key off of my keyring just 2 weeks ago.
I hadn't used it in years.  Maybe even over a decade.

I have 2 cabinets that each have a key, I may be able to help if you have not already worked it out. Also perhaps you may be able to help me out. I have a post up on this same forum where I am trying to find out how to see what the mailbox number is associated with an extension. I need to clear the old voice-mail to set up a new one, but when I try to do it through the admin account on a phone set the prompt asks for a voice-mail box number. In the past it has been the same as the extension number, but in this case it won't accept that as the mailbox number. I do have a laptop connected at the PBX Mitel sx-200 cabinet, but I am not aware of the path that I need to take and which page to look at to find what mailbox is connected to ext. # 176 ? Let me know if you are still looking for a key, and as well if you may be able to point me in a direction to try for my voice-mail issue. Thanks Tom...
