Fixed Caller ID for Outbound Calls
« on: September 25, 2014, 02:41:34 PM »
Hi,

I need to configure Mitel 3300 with fixed caller ID for all outbound calls and that should be my pilot number(Which i used as user name for registration). Please navigate me to accomplish this task.

I would click on the calling line id tab and enter it there

What is it giving out now? You may have to enter the full number i.e  country code, area code (maybe missing leading digit), and full number.

It really should give out your pilot number as default.

Its working now. In 7.0 version there is an extra field called "Use DID number for outgoing calls" in "Users and services Configuration". We need to uncheck that. For my configuration, it was checked.

Thanks Guys. Have a nice weekend.
