Calling to Unprovided number from PSTN

Call made from PSTN to Mitel 5000 DID range, but it is not assigned to any Phone. PSTN caller is hearing ringback. Expectation is Mitel 5000 should send "404 Not Found" message to PSTN and PSTN should hear fast busy tone.

Please let me know if there is any configuration change that makes this work.

Calls to unassigned DIDs will ring to the Primary Attendant, as described in the manual.

Thanks. I made change in Primary Attendant and it works.
