Not sure if there is a fix for this, but I have Dynamic Extension Express turned on with my deskphone/uca combo so that my mobile rings pretty soon after my deskphone rings. This is great, but if I want to see the number of who called, I can't. In my mobile, the number is simply my company calling me. In the UCA Call History, there is no number - neither for received or missed. I assume it would have shown up if I had answered it on my deskphone, but in this case I was too far away and instead I answered on my mobile.
Is there a way to capture this call information?
