Not sure what you mean...are you asking how to change where calls go when system is in (manual) night mode? If so, open System/Devices/CO Trunk Groups, you'll find day and night destinations. If you're using a schedule (STAR app) to automatically change you'll find destinations within the schedule criteria entries.

Also depends on the types of trunks, if these are CO lines (copper lines) then dwayneg is absolutely correct, if these are DIDs on a PRI or SIP connection, then you need to router these differently via the Call Routing Tables.
