Routing problem
« on: October 31, 2013, 06:40:41 AM »
An external call (siptrunk) is routed via a huntgroup to (RinggroupA) and next transferred by member1 of ringgroupA to an extension (extB) which is has a 1st alternative (RinggroupA).
When extB is not answering the transferred call, the call returns to ringgroupA instead of member1.
Timers in cos extension and trunks
call fwd no answer 12 sec
No answer recall 17 sec
Recall if transferred to original call destination : YES

I may be missing something here, but isn't that what you told it to do with the 1st alt of extension b? If you want it to recall back to a you need to make sure the recall timer is shorter than the CFNA timer. Which yours does not seem to be.
