Mitel 3300 MCD 4
For an incoming external call which routes via forwarding through a couple of different routes is there a command like a trace or monitor so I can see where the call is going ? Thanks

Assuming the call hits either an ISDN or MSDN/XNET/IP trunk somewhere along the path, you can use CCS Trace.

I have attached a doc that tells you the traces and the meaning of the print outs. Tell me if this helps. Thanks.
