Personal Contact numbers and embedded VM
« on: July 30, 2013, 12:38:47 PM »
New install with MCD 6.0 SP1. When I try to use the personal contact numbers from within a mailbox I get MOH for a few seconds and then a return dial tone. I followed the help file and there are no restrictions in ARS. Am I missing something simple here?

Hi,

What about the class of service for the vm ports, public network access via dpnss, trunk to trunk connection allowed?

just had a look at the help file, it says the inter-digit timer should be 3 secs and for the 1st time the controller should be rebooted for the prompts to work.

did that, made the non-verified account code length 4 digits to match the mailbox length, created FAC for non-verified account codes.

The stupid provider was blocking it, checked the "Replace Eternal CLID" under the config for the PRI and it works fine.
