Hmmm... I have an old NRG (Nero CD Image) that is a snapshot of a replacement EVMC drive with all versions on it (like the all-in-one replacement drives you got from Inter-Tel), I never actually used it and don't have a way (or the need) to open it anymore. Think that might help? Might take me a couple days to get it to you, out of town on an install and it's at home on an old external HD.
