Route ACD path to nupoint voicemail

Hi does anyone know if you can route an ACD path to a nupoint voicemail box, when I do it recognises your extension number and thinks you want to log onto your own mailbox rather than leave a message in the paths mailbox?

Yes you can.
Depending on what you're trying to do you may have to actually queue the call to the ACD Group for 1 second before interflowing to the new point.

ok, this is the scenario....

DDI number enters 3300 and uses a speedcall to map to ACD path 1
ACD path 1 immediately plays a RAD advising call will be recorded then interflows after 10 seconds to ACD path 2
ACD path 2 has standard agent group setup and is set to interflow to nupoint after 10 seconds
Call does route to nupoint but if dialling from external number it will ask you for a mailbox number, even though I had set up mailbox matching directory number used by ACD path 2

It may be using the 1st ACD path for the Mailbox.
What happens if you dial the 2nd ACD Path directly, does it go to the voice message?

Adding the 1st ACD Path DN as an alternate extension in the NuPoint mailbox might solve your issue.

Dialling the 2nd path direct has the same problem, if I dial from extension it thinks I want to log on ::)

I did one of these recently - what I did was I picked an unused extension, configured it to CFA to voicemail, and created a NuPoint VM box against that extension.
