3300 AX Music on Hold
« on: May 12, 2009, 12:11:49 PM »
is it really the case that the Only source of MOH for the 3300 AX is the embedded audio file support? I couldve sworn that the 3300 supported ONS music sources, but perhaps thats just the 200...  and of course there is no AMB, and a quad CIM isnt supported.....

my customer has some type of automatically updated ad-driven MOH device they want to connect to their AX...  are we sunk?

I'm with you MM - coulda sworn that the 3300 could have multiple MOH sources via ONS....tenant environment comes to mind.  That said, I've never done it.....

its official the AX only supports embedded music on hold...  cannot use a universal ASU on it because of no CIM..  and cannot put a Per node on a FIM and there is no AMB...

there is a DPAR on it with mitel however it has no implementation date....

the 200 does support ONS music sources  but not the 3300..
