Log Question
« on: March 14, 2013, 09:31:42 AM »
Hello,

I ran a sync between our main site and a remote site for "service hosting" under Network Elements. The following error is what returned.
My question is how can I find out what record #311 is? I've looked in system speed calls we don't have any #311 and I couldn't find anything in ARS either so I'm not sure how to track this down.

Thanks,

Maintenance

Have you compared the Hosted User Service of both switches? This is under System Properties/System Administration

No, as I couldn't find this form. I've looked in the location you posted about but there is no Hosted... in this location were running 5.0 if I look under all forms I don't see this either. Any thoughts? I've looked for both Hosted User Service and User Service form there's nothing with those titles.
