UCA Client disconnects MBG
« on: December 12, 2012, 05:05:48 AM »
Hi

we have a new border gateway.

Teleworker Minet phones are working perfect. UCA softphone client do not wortk. It seems that the SSL VPN is disconnected every time

we see these events in the logs.

active-connections:15, Ip:x.x.x.x:24771, Reason:SS read failed - connection closed, Icp:x.x.x.x, ID:A1:21:00:6A:86:43, Acceptor:Preshared

any idea what that means?

thanks

It means that from MBG's viewpoint, the set-side (SS) connection dropped.

Now, you say VPN. I'm assuming that there is no actual VPN in place, correct? No MBG client requires a VPN to connect, just SSL/TLS support at the socket layer.

As Nav stated, the UCA softphone (minet)  disconnected (and a clean TCP disconnect, not a network failure).

But this isn't an SSL connection, where did you get that?
