My first install had a MAS and I really wanted do use single point provisioning. Not happening
That being said, without this abiltity, you have to manually create all phones for users and copy their macs for teleworker to integrate properly.
Also if you have new e phones and wish to integrate, you are best to do it asap else you need to make all non e to complete the wizard.
Add that to all the extra steps just to add a buttons, the templating is worthless.
