I just have to share this:
In April I will be going to Haiti to help build an orphanage. I'm excited to be able to help out even if it's only in a small way.

The crew you see in the pictures working on the building are all Haitians learning the construction trade.
My job will be to assist them. Probably by carrying bricks and digging. I'm better with dial tone but I can dig too.
We'll also get to spend a lot of time with the kids. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up some of the language from them.
It would be nice if we could pick up a corporate sponsor (such as Mitel).
The people I work with from my company are loading me up with materials for the kids such a clothes and schools supplies but the difficulty is getting in into the country. That's why the extra luggage.
