Hello,  I have 2 Mitel MXe 3300 controllers. I am running into an issue where SOME internal DID's can not call other internal DID's that are on separate controllers.
For instance.
DID 8573 on controller A calls DID 8244 on controller B and gets an error "not allowed".
Other DID's on a separate controllers can however make calls to each other. I only have a handful of DID's that have this issue.

I hope I have given enough detail.
Any ideas you can give to what the fix could be would be appreciated!

I'm assuming you're not using SIP for inter PBX trunks.

There are a couple of things that will cause this:
1- The COR of the phone is blocking it.
2- The phone has an interconnect restriction applied to it that blocks it from the trunks.
3- The phone is set up in a tenant that will block it from the trunks.

Start with those.
