Mitel 3300 PRI Protocol for Name Delivery on Outbound Calls
« on: August 16, 2011, 01:56:03 PM »
I know that NI2 protocol won't do name delivery for outbound calls.
But can this be done at all?
My customer has 4 tenants on 1 PRI and wants to have unique company names for each.
If I name each phone with something like "Company 1", "Company 2", etc is there a protocol that will deliver it?

Could you not use CPN sub and have the provider update their database to show the owner of the number you are sending out? Or is it something that would change often?

ATT says they can't do that.
